VGM Excellence Centre

Training programs ranging from Basic Banking and Finance Trainings to Soft Skills and Leadership Development Programs, as well as Employability and Digital Skills are being conducted for our in-house employees (approx. 5000) as well as to external clients such as UCO Bank and Paschim Banga Gramin Bank. We are also proud of our PBSSD initiative where we conduct rigorous Training for 420 hours covering RBI Mandate, Debt Management and Recovery process and all necessary Soft Skills, to the youth of West Bengal and offer them employment opportunity as well. Multiple Batches of Trainees have already been Trained and Employed successfully.
