Responsibilities

Coordinate with FOS and manage field collection/ recovery

To motivate and follow up with the entire team to meet collection targets

Monthly submission of cost dashboard on various key cost parameters with business leads

Ensure timely deposit of payments as per the specified business TAT

Ensure all FOS follow the mandates of the Fair Debt Collections Act to protect businesses from liability
Qualifications
Graduation with DRA Certification
Experience
4 - 6 years of experience in field collections and recovery process
